Next up, there’s an online test. We want to know more about your behaviours and thought patterns to ensure we’re a great fit for each other.
We are keen to get to know you, and for you to know us! At this point we’ll give you a quick call to introduce ourselves and find out more about what makes you tick.
Depending on the role you’re applying for, you would either meet us over video or come in to one of our offices to find out more about the role and complete the online test with us.
The last stage is also role dependent. For some roles we will hold an assessment centre where you’ll be with fellow interviewees. For others, we would have a final interview with your potential new manager and a member of the Talent Team.
